1. What are our Terms and Conditions?

1.1 These terms and conditions (Terms) are the terms on which we, Zingers Adventure Golf, sell or giveaway tickets for a rounds of 12 hole indoor crazy golf (Service) at our venue in Portsmouth. These Terms apply to online ticket purchases (Booking), walk in ticket purchases or free tickets made by you via our website, in venue or through charitable events.


1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before you place a Booking with us. These Terms tell you who we are, how to pay for our Services, how you and we may change or cancel a Booking for a Service and what to do if there is a problem. By making a Booking you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in them.

1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, the new terms will come into effect immediately from the time and date of publish. It is advised to check the terms and conditions before each Booking.


2. Who We Are

2.1 Our Website (Our Website) and indoor golf course (Venue) is operated by Zingers Adventure Golf is the trading name of Putters Golf Limited.


2.2 Our company registration number is 13408349.


2.3 Our office is registered at 130 Old Street, London EC1V 9BD.


3. Other Policies

3.1 We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.


4. Bookings

4.1 We use a third party ticketing company Beyonk Limited to process and manage Bookings on our behalf. Bookings are made via an iFrame within our website, this means you are not directed away from our site but the booking is processed by Beyonk. 


4.2 Once Beyonk has taken payment for your Booking, Beyonk will send you a confirmation email along with your Tickets. If you do not receive your Tickets within 24 hours of making your Booking, please contact us at


4.3 If you wish to change your Booking as a goodwill gesture, we may be able to accommodate your request to change your Booking, but this will be subject to the discretion of the venue staff


5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Bookings are non refundable, except where Zingers Adventure golf have cancelled your booking at no fault of your own.


5.2 We are unable to consider disruption of public transportation or local road network delays as reason to request a refund.


5.3 We reserve the right to offer a replacement date for your booking in the event we are not able to accommodate your group due to circumstances out of our control.


6. Our Venue and Accessibility

6.1 Due to the nature of our themed venue, UV lights are heavily used and on occasion we may have flashing lights.


6.2 Our Portsmouth venue is set over 2 floors with no access for wheelchair users due to the only 1st floor access being via a rear stairwell with limited space.


6.3 Animals are not permitted inside of our venues, apart from assistance dogs.


6.4 We do not accept any liability for the loss or damage to any property you bring with you to the venue.


6.5 We have a 'zero-tolerance' towards violent and abusive behaviour aim at staff and your fellow golfers at our venues. If you or anyone in your party is violent, abusive or disruptive within our venue you will be asked to leave and will receive a lifetime ban from all venues. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person, this is solely down to the discretion of the on duty manager and no refunds are available to anyone refused entry or asked to leave.  


6.6 Wilful damage must not be caused to the facilities, fixtures or fittings by any customer. If damage is caused by the customer or any guest attending under their booking confirmation, the customer hereby accepts they shall be liable to pay for such damage caused.


6.7 Zingers Adventure Golf gives permission for photographic and recording equipment such as cameras, video cameras and mobile phones to be used, but such use is restricted to photographs or recording of only the customer or people in the customer’s party. Zingers Adventure Golf reserves the right to refuse permission or to withdraw permission of anyone using any photographic recording equipment should our management feel that the safety and wellbeing of its customers has been or would be compromised.


7. Under 16’s

7.1 Under 16s are permitted at our venues with adult supervision. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times, who shall be responsible for them whilst at our venue. There must be at least one adult for every four under 16’s.


7.2 Each adult will require a valid ticket to accompany under 16’s on the course and surrounding facilities within the venue.


8. Discounts and proof of ID

8.1 From time to time we will offer discounts to Students, members of the Armed Forces and Blue Lights workers, we reserve the right to ask for relevant ID as proof that you qualify for the discount. Failure to produce ID can results in the discount being withdrawn and any price different being due before entry is given. You will not be entitled to a refund if we have to refuse you entry. 


9. Arrival and timings

9.1 We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your tee off time, this allows us to confirm our course rules with you and to give you the putters, balls and scorecard. If you are running late or unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, as a goodwill gesture, we may be able to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will hold your tee off slot, or that we will be able to amend your Booking for another tee off time on that same day. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you are late for your tee off time.


9.2 We estimate is takes approximately 30 to 1 hour to complete our course, but this will depend on how many people are in your group and how busy we are.


10. Communication and complaints

10.1 We hope that you have an enjoyable time with us but if you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please do reach out to us at, alternatively you are able to speak to the staff at the venue directly. Contact numbers for each venue can be found on the venue information page on this website.


11. Covid

11.1 If you have any symptoms of Covid 19 we ask that you do not enter our venue. Please contact us at if you have purchased a ticket and we can rebook you for when your feeling better.


11.2 Face masks are no longer mandatory, wearing a mask in our venues is now your choice and down to your own personal preference.


11.3 Our clubs and balls will still be sanitised after every use. 

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions without prior notice, any changes will come into force with immediate effect.
